The Wichita Center for the Arts hosts the 2013 Scholastic Art & Writing Awards exhibition. The awards offer early recognition of creative teenagers and feature works of students in 70 counties in Kansas. The exhibition is free to the public and open until March 10th. Justin Rupert and the Center's Director of Education/Marketing/PR Kathy Sweeney discuss the impact the awards have on young people.
